About Me
Ema Grant, MS LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
I am a private practice licensed professional counselor serving clients in and around Gilbert, Arizona. As my client, I want to support you in healing from trauma in order to live a hopeful and purposeful life. Through the hard work of therapy, you can develop skills to manage your emotions, build healthy relationships, and create meaning and purpose in life. In finding this purpose, you will also find the ability to cope with the challenges of life. In developing this resiliency, you will eventually find hope – the confident expectation that good will come despite the pain of your current circumstances. I hope to be a partner with you in your journey toward healing and wholeness, and look forward to encouraging you as you develop skills to become fearlessly authentic, resilient, and hopeful.
Treatment Approach
I specialize in treating trauma, grief, and life transitions in late adolescence through adulthood, with skills gained from training in DBT, IFS, and trauma-informed theory. I am also passionate about men’s issues related to relational and emotional awareness, as well as women’s issues related to infertility, infant loss, and postpartum transitions.
